This is the worst keyboard I have ever used. First of all it arrived damaged. The Q-P row didn't work at all. So I tried to play around with it to see if I would be exchanging or returning. I will be returning! It just feels really awkward to use. They tired to redesign the keyboard for more efficient usage. You basically have to relearn how to use a keyboard. Not to mention this keyboard feels really cheap.

The Matias Optimer FX201 has met our needs to the fullest. The arrangement of critical keys has eliminated excessive hand movement and keystrokes.
Yes an occasional malfunction occurs. You take this in stride and approach the situation positively. We had to exchange a keyboard once due to a faulty key. Consider the number of keyboards we have in use, this is darn good. Customer service is exceptional.
