Doesn't Work for Me

Since I use spiral notebooks similar to this everyday for journaling and record keeping, I gave it a try. It was a major disappointment, to say the least.

CONS: The slippery plastic cover was a nuisance. The flimsy backboard bent almost immediately, rendering it virtually useless. The paper is rather thin and ink bleeds through when both sides of a page are used.

PROS: The pockets are an essential for me and were fine. College rule is also a requirement.

I use this notebook to log all my daily medication useage and times taken. I keep track of major events of the day. It is good for about 3 months at a time and then I have a record if I need to go back and check for the Doctor.
