I am always looking for plain (no designs) folders to use in my classroom. These were just what I was looking for. I hope they will last the whole school year. I have not had luck with flimsier folders in the past.

This folder is way too flimsy. My kid tried it ouot in her new binder and she accidently dropped it and her folder ripped from the holes. What kind of school product is that if it cannot withstand a fall without tearing. I am very unsatisfied about this folder. I would want my money back it really is not worth the fuss. Staples is horrible when it comes to giving back refunds.

When I first saw these I thought they were cute and made out of the hard plastic I had seen in the past, maybe I didn't read the description as close as I thought. I wanted to return but my daughter thought they were so cute, (she loves the colors I picked out)so I didn't return them. I don't know how long they will last in here bookbag. I might end up laminating them and keeping them for her desk so we can keep newsletters from the school and special events that are happening like skate night, PTA, fundraisers and such.

I buy folders all through the school year. Too bad someone doesn't come up with a design that is reinforced at the fold. These are used as homework folders and do not stand up to kids opening them over and over again. I need to put duct tape on them and then even that looks beat up after awhile. Being a teacher and a Mother I see how papers get lost and homework or letters do not make it where they need to be. Unfortunately this is a product that will always be in need. How nice it would be to purchase one that would last through the year!
