Could not back up on the DVD.

Unfortunately everytime I tried to use this product, my computer would say it was a damaged disc. However, I believe it just didn't recognize the DVD because it backed up perfectly on a CD...Read complete review

Unfortunately everytime I tried to use this product, my computer would say it was a damaged disc. However, I believe it just didn't recognize the DVD because it backed up perfectly on a CD disc. Therefore, I cannot really rate this product.

      Brand new laptop. First disc would not pass verify, 2nd disc would not finish copy. Gave up and ordered recovery disc's from mfgr. Did not return, gas cost too much
