    I tried these for working out and casual listening to videos, etc. I'm usually not very picky, so I buy cheap audio gear, but these were a little too cheap. The sound was very "muddy", not clear, I couldn't understand what the speaker on my video was saying, even though the volume was loud enough. I tried them next to a pair of $10 earbuds that I was already using to confirm that yes, it's the earbuds and not the video. My old ones were clear as a bell, these not. I've since returned them.

          I purchased this for my mother who is in a nursing home. It was to replace the ear buds that came with a "Bionic Ear" listening device. The Sony ear buds fit perfectly; the bright pink color is easy for her to see and she says they are very comfortable.

                These will work in any standard 3.5mm jack, and will therefore work for most computers. Please bear in mind this does not include a microphone, however.
