Q: i bought it yesterday & the salesperson assured me it was easy to use. Well that is not true..I have tried to calibrate my printer as explained & it doesnt work. My printer is a: Canon Pixma ip4820. I am very discourage. There has to be a setting that will work for all these models..I need help here please. Asked on 3/4/2013 by bob from nescopeck pa. Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: This product will work with all printers providing you are running the correct operating system. The product does not mention anything about windows Vista or windows 7, so if you are running either of those operating systems that might be the problem. The link below is from a customer that also has a pixma printer and it works fine. Answered on 3/4/2013 by Community Answer from None
