I make a lot of DVD's and Cd's for my family that is scattered all over the US and even Korea. At times the purchasing of sleeves can be quite costly so I usually try to look for ones that are not only a value to purchase initially but that are also strong enough to use more then once. When our home was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy we found aa stack of these sleeves wet. We allowed them to dry out and low and behold they still held up and worked fine! We had others that just fell apart soe when I needed to purchase additional ones it was no contest!

I went to my local Staples to pick-up the advertised Memorex CD/DVD sleeves that had a $5.00 rebate offer. Of course they were out of them. The plain white paper sleeves and the colored papered sleeves were the same price so I went with the colored. Memorex or Staples packs the sleeves with a tight rubber band holding them together while putting them in the box. The rubber band causes creases and folds in many of the outside paper sleeves. They are functional but not as good as other brands. The colors do help with my own organization and are a change from the standard white.
