Q: do the labels have a big hole in the middle or a small one? i need the label to cover the whole CD except the small hole Asked on 1/5/2011 by derby from Brooklyn NY Know the answer? Answer this question 6 answers A: These labels will cover the disc completely from edge to edge. Answered on 1/13/2011 by Ally from Staples A: This label will fit your needs as it covers the entire CD except the opening. Answered on 1/13/2011 by Rebecca P from Staples A: The labels have tiny perforations that let you select a small hole or big hole. When you pull the label away from the page, you select which hole you want. I always use the small hole option, which covers the whole disk except the dime-sized hole in the middle. Answered on 5/25/2011 by DaveMoorePhoto from St Petersburg Florida A: This label can do both, what I like about it is that it has the big hole and the little one, you can use 1 or the other...save to print somethingelse. Also it has spine labels and a couple of square labels on each sheet - it is a money saver. Answered on 2/8/2011 by Leisa from South Florida A: It has both, it's just a matter of where you want to tear it off the paper from. Answered on 3/9/2011 by LFLS from Spokane, Wa A: You "Can" use the Label with just the small hole removed, but I have recieved reports that the CDs will not play in some CD players unless both inner and outer hole is removed. Q: The name "Label Refills" suggests the sheets are to be used with a kit or specific device. Can they be used in any printer or do you need to have a kit? Asked on 10/30/2009 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 8 answers A: the label refills can be used with any printer. Answered on 11/10/2009 by PattyD the photograher from smyrna, georgia A: I bought the kit initially and use the little label stomper that came with it for ease in applying the labels. However, a friend said she just puts the label over the spindle of her stack of new CDs or DVDs and slides the burned disc right over it and they line up perfectly. Answered on 7/25/2010 by Sandy loves Nikon from Grandville, MI. A: NO. I use them on an epson inkjet printer. My buddy uses an HP inkjet printer. If you have a kit it is so easy to attach them to the disc. Read the package for more information. Answered on 11/5/2009 by AL from REVERE, PA. A: I believe any printer can be used. It does help to have the CD stamper to put the label on the CD. Answered on 12/8/2009 by Paula the Office Supply Queen from Holland, MI A: I print them on an HP C4280 and have printed them on older HP printers. I have some problems lining up the blanks with the images I create using Expressit S.E. 2.2, but for my use it is ok and I make other labels with the leftovers. I apply the disc labels by hand, just eyeballing the spindle hole. Of course if I take out the larger center of the label it is easier to affix. Answered on 12/29/2009 by RontheShopper from Hagerstown, MD A: Any printer but you need a program to match the label pattern. Memorex has a free download. Answered on 1/12/2010 by The Bland Clan Real Estate Agents from August, Ga A: Works with any printer. I do not have a kit and it works just fine. Answered on 1/26/2010 by DM from Rentz, GA A: The labels can be used with any printer. The only reason you need a kit is to place the CD Labels on the actual CD. A CD Stomper makes it easy, but is not required. Answered on 2/21/2010 by Church CD Person from Chicago, IL
Q: How do you set printer to form to the CD labels? We are wasting all our labels trying to set the ink jet printer. Asked on 9/29/2009 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: I print on Epson printers and select Enhanced Matte setting in my printer profile and turn off High speed printing. I also make Photoshop control the colors, not my printer, and I get great looking color in my photos on these labels. Answered on 7/25/2010 by Sandy loves Nikon from Grandville, MI. A: when you down load the soft wear there is a bunch of different manufactures and you select the one for Memorex. I use to use Staples before I switched. Once in a while the label paper is not in the tray properly and the print will then be off so make sure its in properly Answered on 10/27/2009 by FREDDIE from Lynn Ma
