I love this product. Not only does it have a nice look to it, it's a good size to put anywhere. I bought this for my desk at work and it works great. The sound is fantastic, the remote control is great to have and it charges your ipod while it plays. I no longer have to carry my ipod back and forth to work. I loved it so much I bought again to give as a gift.

This is a handy little radio/player albeit a little pricey for what it is. I would not call it a "boom box" however. It is good if it is your only music option. As with most dock-able devices made for Apple products, the dock is not very stable. It doesn't hold an Ipod Touch well enough to move the unit while playing without dislodging the Ipod and stopping play. I suspect that would be the same for any Ipod.

    I bought this unit to listen to podcasts, stories, and music in my classroom. The volume control goes up to 16 and you need to have it on 11 to hear anything good. Not worth the price their asking for it. Thankfully used my rewards to get it free.
