I find that the mop is not stable when you push it back and forth. The base flips over frequently making mopping timely and not efficient. I think that it needs a heavier base to not have this happpen. I wouldn't recommend this mop to anyone at this point. Concept is good just needs to be revamped. I've used a swiffer and the heavier base works much better than this mop. The ergonomic handle is nice though.

I purchased this product a few months ago and after using the swiffer wet jet mop and a conventional mop on my laminate flooring I was skeptical this would work any better. But I am glad I tried it. I no longer have to keep putting on fresh pads to clean my floors as I do with the swiffer wet jet. Nor do I have drag around a mop and bucket and wait for the floor to dry with a conventional mop. The method o mop with it's special cleaner cleans the floor on the first sweep, and dries pretty quickly. No more dirty film left over and i can clean my entire floor (kitchen, entry way, & living rooms) all with one pad. And when I'm done, just throw it in the washer and dryer and it is ready to use again. No more buying refills. The mop itself folds up so I can store it easily when not in use. I can't really find anything wrong with it.
