Couldn't reach tech support with the Product Key. Was put in an endless loop - VERY annoying. Great support once I got to a real person. Not sure yet if i would recommend. Have only had the product short time.

Of all the different HTML/CSS editors that I have used over the past ten years, Expression is the very best by a wide margin. No other known editor is even in the same league as Expression.

I literally wake up in the mornings anxious to begin work with Expression! No exaggeration!

I type HTML/CSS code, and I never use a visual WYSIWYG designer. I have seen a few people complain about Expression being too complex or too slow (one individual even claimed to be an expert but didn't even know how to upload a file), but the individuals rely on visual editors, and all visual editors are slow and awkward (or at least when compared to typing code).

Expression has numerous shortcuts for W3C validating of HTML, CSS, and much more. I am now designing and building web pages in about half of the time that I used to spend.

While typing code, Expression is as fast, as responsive, and as full of features as Word. It even has a thesaurus like Word's. Expression is the ideal editor for individuals who are familiar with MS Office and want a similar feel and quality.

I downloaded and tested over a dozen editors in the past few weeks, and not a one of them were good enough to keep even if free. Expression is a coder's dream come true (well at least my dream).

If you know HTML/CSS/etc., Expression is an ideal choice. If you do not know code, Expression should be an ideal editor to learn on. If you absolutely must use a visual editor, well, it's a whole lot of work and takes five to twenty times longer (or more) than typing in code. A person could invest a few days learning HTML and give Expression a trial: the person could easily save months of work each year.

We were using Frontpage but since it is not being updated and now cannot update our existing website we upgraded to Expression Studio 4. Thought this would be as easy transition from Frontpage after reading product discription. Not the case. Wish I could return.
