After installing this camera I had little trouble starting it. My first impression was and still is why did I not have one sooner. The auto focus and clarity is amazing . My old camera is gone . I also love the extreme low light ability this camera has. I would like to get another one to use as a security camera at my front door. Video chatting is absolutely clear as is the voice from the mic.

The part that clips onto the computer is flexible and can also be curled to stand on its own. It won't fit onto my monitor so I have it standing on its base. It will clip easily onto my laptop at the top of the monitor. It doesn't swivel to either side as much as some cameras that swivel 180 degrees, but I don't find that a problem. The minor adjustments you can make are adequate.

Q:
The camera video quality is fine when Skyping. However, the microphone does not seem to work well. Those on the other end complain that they can't hear us half the time and that there is a lot of feedback/background noise (yet we are in a quiet room). Any suggestion on how to improve the audio feature or might we have a "bum" product? thanks
