I have a new system using Vista 64-bit on an Intel Core i7 with 6GB of RAm. The softward would begin to load then a pop up would announce: "A problem has been encounter while loading software. Can not load." I booted at least three times and tried to load the software but had the same results each time. Oh, I disabled the virus protection during the loading and no other windows were open. The error message gave no clue as to what the problem was.

This is my first webcam. I selected this product because it was flexible enough to use on my desktop PC monitor AND my laptop. The quality of the picture is good. The software bundled is easy to use. It was very easy to install. I will buy another LifeCam for a gift this year!
