My first webcam ever - but needed one to "see" all my college age kids since they have all moved away to college. This was easy to set up, has a very clear picture (even in low light) and the audio is very clear. The software is easy to use - it does not provide a lot of "special effects" seen in other webcam software, but is basic and great for generic use!

Software disk missing, tryed to download the dirvers from [@] but it will not install on any system we have. It breaks half way though and just hangs. As well, its no longer supported by MS so if you have any problmes with it, dont expect help other than just returning it to staples.

Took it out of town to Dayton to introduce great-grandmas to new baby in Chicago LIVE IN ACTION! Will not meet baby in person until 2 months old, so seeing him live on camera was PRICELESS!!!!

Everybody wins! Used a conference room in public library, could control light and noise. Gave one to each of our kids when they had babies this summer. One each for desktop here and my laptop. Now we can keep up with the baby until we see him, and 2 new mommies can keep up with each other! WINS all around!!
