I was a bit nervous about this purchase because I had read some reviews stating that installation was problematic and Microsoft wasn't much help. This turned out not to be the case; I consider myself "challenged" when it comes to downloading, updating, troubleshooting my computer, but I did this myself in no time with no problems.

After so much hype about the new Windows 7 and the new Office pack I bought the top of the line Ultimate and the professional office pack. When I started using these I realized that it was a waste of money as the products are XP with color change with the same lousy non functioning MS software. If you must use this let it come with the PC you are buying but otherwise don't waste your money on the actual software.

      Very Poor Customer Service! Only this upgraded version (Home & Office)includes Outlook. Staples does NOT help you AT ALL to get this new version working on your commputer! They turned me away despite having just spent nearly $900.00 on the PC, recovery discs, upgrades, etc!! They said their server won't allow them to access Outlook! If I knew this I would naver purchased a computer from Staples. My PC and my small business was crippled for nearly a week while I struggled myself and finally hired ($$) someone to properly convert my old PC's data to the new version of Outlook! BEWARE!
