I use the Excell to organize financial data and my medical data. Easy to print what I need when going to doctor or bank.

Just started using this product when I had a hard drive failure and had to replace some of my older programs. I am not sorry I moved up to the 2010 version.

Totally change to 2010 or stay with 2030

Office 2010 is totally different than Office 2003. If you have more than one computer change them all to 2010 (2007) or keep them all using 2003. If you go with the newer Office 2010, also get a copy of Professor Teaches Office 2010 by Individual software.
I would not recommend the 1 user product key, there are problems with installing it. It took a call to get a download that would allow installation.
If you get this item get the disk edition for 3 computer rather than the 1 user product key.

This item is very hard to install. I have followed the directions and still unable to install. I wanted to return the item but Staples will not except it.

1st of all the product key would not open the program and I had to have Microsoft erase it and install it remotely.

It is NOT easy to navigate, not at all user friendly in my opinion.

Too many tabs to click and hard to find anything.

Not sure if it is installed correctly. Now my printer isn't working, no details of what Note One is and how to connect.

Microsoft was installed when I purchased my old Dell. I didn't realize it was not in my new HP. So many difficulties for this senior person.

After several attempts to reach tech support, that in itself is a con, I spend an hour with the tech downloading Office 2010 even though it was listed in programs. All this to print address label which I found would have been so much easier on microsoft works. Only then was I able to enter the product key. Oh, the 6 is really a G.
