Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 has a brand-new look: It’s cleaner and primed for use on tablets and phones, so you can swipe and tap your way through presentations. Presenter View automatically adapts to your projection set-up, and you can even use it on a single monitor. Themes now come with variations, which make it simpler to hone in on the look you want. And when you’re working with others, you can add comments to ask questions and get feedback.

Windows Compatibility
Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2013 is compatible with both Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems. This allows for installation on a wide range of modern systems. For portability when displaying your presentations, you can use a tablet, or display the presentation using the included HD video-out port and an external monitor or projector.

Presenter View
Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2013 has a Presenter View screen that can only be seen by the individual running the software. In this view, the presenter can zoom into any point on the current image to provide emphasis and then zoom out back to the normal view quickly and easily. The presenter can also switch between slides in the presentation by using a navigation grid to choose the next slide to be shown, even if it is different to the presentation's preprogrammed sequence.

Creative Collaboration
Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 allows for increased collaboration between presentation creators. A PowerPoint Web app allows people to work simultaneously on the presentation either using the program directly or through a Web browser. Work done on the presentation can then be saved online to SharePoint or SkyDrive, where viewing or editing permissions can be granted for sharing.

Quick Design Options
PowerPoint 2013 comes with a variety of quick design options that make creating presentations easier and save the creator time.
