    I had a previous Microsoft wireless mouse and was very pleased with it. I like the easy plug-and-play feature and I also like the way the mouse is responsive; it handles effortlessly and the wireless signal is always strong. It's very easy to use the mouse either on my desktop or laptop -- just disconnect and reconnect into the other computer. By the way, I am a Mac user through-and-through, and have been since day one in 1984, when the first Macs were introduced. But (yes, there's always a caveat), I have to add that as much as I love the Mac, I actually prefer the Microsoft mice over the Apple mice, wireless or otherwise. I hope that doesn't make me a Mac traitor! And, the color of the mouse is mighty pretty. ;-)

    Bought it on sale. They were suppose to have the 4000's and 3500's but only had the 3500's. I had a 4000 previously. This is a real far cry from the 4000. No side button, operation isn't smooth at all. Instead of smooth gentle clicks and a nice smooth rolling wheel you feel each little roll of the wheel and a nice loud click each time you press the buttons.

    It's o/k but buy the 4000 and you'll be happier.

            I have always bought Microsoft wireless mouse. They work great, are convienent, have many types of colors and designs to choose from, are very light weight making it much easier to handle, and the prices are very reasonable. This last mouse I purchased was on sale for $10.00 off the regular price making it even better a buy. I have purchased many other Microsoft products in the past and never had any problems with them. When wireless mouse first came out I bought a different brand and was very disappointed and ended up exchanging it for one made by Microsoft. My rating is high for Microsoft products!
