After a week of use, I find it comfortable for my medium sized hand. LOVE the ultra small USB dongle. I find that this mouse is generally accurate and responsive no matter the surface, however a few times I have found draggy tracking. I have Win 7 64 bit, Athlon 9550 CPU, 4 gig RAM and 1 gig Video card all with up to date drivers, so I doubt my system had much to do with the response issues.

The feature I am not happy with is the scrolling...the wheel is not very responsive and I have to scroll at least 5 times to get me to an area that takes only one on every other mouse I use at work and on other home computers. Most times I stop scrolling and end us using the side bar to scroll. It's aggravating, which is why I rated this 2 stars.

Suggest using rechargeable batteries. I got 1 week from 1st battery. Package suggested up to 10 months. But, I did forget to turn it off sometimes when not in use. An "auto off" feature would be great.
