It's an okay product...it has problems with static, but it was very easy to set up. My problem was that my car did not have a built in AUX port, so using this I was finally able to listen to music in my car. The Griffin product that was pretty much the same thing was cheaper, but in the past I have had problems with their products. Hopefully this lasts...only downside to this that I have experienced so far is that it has static a lot. I have to change the station and then its all good.

I was very confident with this purchase and so excited to finally play music in my car since this is the only way that I can do so. Let's just say that it worked perfect for day one. I used it on a short trip to McDonald's and on on the way back it quit working completely and only charged. Yesterday it wouldn't work at all, but today it works???? (still on the same station) seems to be that this only works when it decides to. Only really useful for charging. For paying the price of almost $80 I would expect a much higher quality from this thing. I'm actually returning it tonight.

Package says "One hand twist tuning lets you easily select clear frequency", tuner will not turn at all. Waist of time.

I have owned this product for less than a week. After using it twice, last night it stopped delivering a charge. It still lights up and connections on both ends are OK. Monster wants me to pay to ship the device back for warranty replacement, but instead its going back to the retailer with the receipt.

After calling tech support, the first girl was very pleasant but tried to steer me to a more expensive product. I wanted to know was there anything I could try further, so was transferred to the second tier support people. After being on hold for a few minutes I got connected to a female who honestly sounded as if she were half asleep or on drugs - she was so disinterested.

All she could tell me was "if it won't charge then its defective you need to exchange it". Thanks for nothing.

Also, I was not happy with the presets as they were at the extreme ends of the radio spectrum and excluded a lot of available frequencies.

Overall, a complete waste of time and money - and the tech support sucks.

Presets no very accurate with channels, almost always static through the channels. Had it for 4 months then it broke not it only plays through the passenger side speakers and now it is even cutting out when I pick up my phone. Over all this thing is a huge waste of money and is very poorly constructed. VERY disappointed.
