As a long term owner of other Monster products I was very eager to add these headphones to my arsenol. I originally planned on purchasing the iSport directly from Monster but thankfully changed my mind and purchase them through a national retailer. I hadn't planned on buying the extended warrantee either but thankfully I changed my mind at the last minute. I was immediately blown away by the clean crisp sound, but what really sold me was the bass. I didn't think that much bass was possible from in-ear headphones. Everything was going fine until...... About 2 weeks after purchasing the iSports the right earpiece suddenly stopped working. I tried calling Monster, but after being on hold for 30 plus minutes I gave up. I returned the headphones to the national retailer. Unfortunately I had to wait 4 days due to the fact they had replaced 3 other customers headphones for the exact same problem. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the efforts of the national retailer I purchased the iSports through. If this pair doesn't last I will definantly lose my confidence in Monster and this product line.
