This is my 4th headset in 2 years and by far the best. The others were either too flimsey & broke or they hurt behind my ear or they were too big & made me look like a telephone operator. This one works great even though its one of the smallest & you hardly know that you have it on.

The blue tooth drops connection even when it is within 18 inches of the phone and even gives an error message that the phone is not within range.

Receiving person cannot hear when I speak to them on the blue tooth (35% of the time). Appears to have a limited battery life (7 hours, 6 of which was standby time). Battery was fully charged over a period of 12 hours prior to using.

Motorola tech support was non-existant, or simply incompetent. This is actually the second Motorola bluetooth that I've had with the same porblems. I came back to Motorola to give them a second look after 4 years. But, seems like the same poor quality and no support.

Better than all other Motorola's junk, I have 4 other Blue Tooth from Motorola, and Plantronic that wont do the job this one does.

THIS THING LOOSES CONNECTION EASILY WHEN OTHER BLUETOOTH ITEMS ARE PRESENT. IT DOES RECONNECT MOST OF THE TIME ON IT'S OWN BUT PEOPLE ON THE OTHER END DON'T HEAR YOU WHEN IT IS STRUGGLING TO FIGHT OFF OTHER BLUETOOTH CONNECTIONS.

when the headset separates from the phone for more than a few mins, it un-pairs, and it sometimes takes a complete reinstall/re-pair to get the two together again. But the fit and sound overwhelms this issue, it's a great headset.
