I love this earphone...it is clear and comfortable to wear. Mine failed...reception was not good after just 3 weeks of use, but Motorola warranty was good. Support guided me through a factory reset that didn't fix it, so they just said they would replace it. They shipped me a new one with instructions on how to return the old one.

Numerous deficiencies

The blue tooth drops connection even when it is within 18 inches of the phone and even gives an error message that the phone is not within range.

The blue tooth drops connection even when it is within 18 inches of the phone and even gives an error message that the phone is not within range.

Receiving person cannot hear when I speak to them on the blue tooth (35% of the time). Appears to have a limited battery life (7 hours, 6 of which was standby time). Battery was fully charged over a period of 12 hours prior to using.

Motorola tech support was non-existant, or simply incompetent. This is actually the second Motorola bluetooth that I've had with the same porblems. I came back to Motorola to give them a second look after 4 years. But, seems like the same poor quality and no support.

        Its very clear but it will start to make random phone calls itll dial any number from my contacts without me touching it or the phone. Itll say device not connected then reconnect with the phone next to me. Itll beep in my ear then the phone will start making call. Ive had other bluetooths and never had issues like this

            Does not perform up to expected standards. The sound quality is poor and the way that the microphone positions itself does not allow for clear transmission of the voice. It is not particularly easy to change the volume while the unit is in your ear.
