I found the product to be more than satisfactory for my needs. I used the product for power of attorney, medical directive power of attorney, wills, bill of sale for an automobile, letters to banks concerning accounts and much more. I was very pleased with the professional look of the documents and had them notorized.

This is a stinky old Broderbrund product disguised in a new box. No HIPAA language (regulations passed in 2003) in living will or healthcare power of attorney or similar documents, so it is useless in 2007. There are no updates on website. Puts order of organ donation one way in entry screen and backwards in document, then doesn't let you edit document to change the order the way you want it. If the healthcare and estate stuff is this out of date and inflexible, I can't imagine how bad the other documents are. Returning this in less than 24 hours.

    The version sold by Staples is a couple of years old. The new version indicates that it is Vista ready. Some concern there as laws do change. Talked to Avanquest and was able to get an updated version. They were quite helpful in taking care of that. The product itself was easy to use. The wizards are generally friendly and easy to understand. A good product for a not expensive price.
