Q: I currently use Gopayment on my Ipad. Is this compatible with the NCR software to manage CC payments? Asked on 4/4/2013 by Ita Know the answer? Answer this question 0 answers(earn bonus points) Q: We have 2 seperate P O S systems. If we were to buy this would we also need 2. And would I have to buy a 3rd, just to use for taking orders, or can I just use an IPAD w/ out purchasing a 3rd system? Asked on 4/3/2013 by okitammy from NC Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: No, you don't have to use any of the Silver hardware to utilize the point of sale app on any device. However, you can't share tickets across devices. So, if you take an order on iPad #1 then you would have to take the payment on iPad #1 and close it out on that device. You could not take the order on iPad #1 and then send it to iPad #2 to close it out. Do you see what I mean? All devices do have to be registered to utilize the Silver app. NCR Small and Medium Business Team phone: 901.800.4057 www.ncrsilver.com Answered on 4/5/2013 by Laura B from Staples
