can I transfer my old at&t phone number to this net10 phone
Asked on 8/13/2012 by Becky from Kentucky

          • A:

Not knowing the specifics of your current cell service I can't say if your current provider will allow you to transfer the phone number or not. It is the decision of your current carrier, call their customer service department and ask. If they will allow it NET10 port your number within 24 hours.

        • Q:

What phone service is used? How much are the phone cards? Are there charges for the extra features like camera, radio, messaging, caller ID? Is there a daily charge?

          Thanks.

          • A:

The phone service for this prepaid phone is Net10, which is a brand of TracFone and sub-licenses from both AT&T and T-Mobile; the exact sublicense in use is not visible to the consumer, as all billing and service are handled through Net10.

Net10's pricing can be found on this web page; they start at $20 for a 200 minute card: https://www.net10.com/direct/Purchase?payGo=true&app=NET10&lang=en
