This is perfect for labs when you have to leave a copy of your notes behind.
The only problem is that you are only given one contents sheet, which is also the divider between the duplicate pages.
Would be best if there was a contents/index you could fill in on the first page which produced a duplicate like the rest of the pages.

Required for my Organic Chemistry lab and it was exactly what I needed. It is a carbon copy notebook and doesn't require 4 different pieces of paper to make a copy on the second page. Easy to use and makes my lab write-ups neat and orderly. A+
