Exactly What I Needed
About Me Quality Oriented
Comments about Neo-Flex Up To 6-16 lbs. 24" LCD Monitor Single Display Lift Stand:
I had read on another site that users of this product could not get the monitor to stay in any position other than "all the way up." There is a screw that must be adjusted in the "neck" of the stand. Instinct says to tighten the screw to make the monitor stay down; however, you actually must loosen the screw in order to release the tension on the spring, which allows the monitor to adjust freely. Confusing, but a quick call to Ergotron solved it. Now, I love this stand. It is GREAT!
