At the beginig the modem did not see my internet connection, call tech support I was browsing in less than 5 min. If you have a G wireless connection do not use N your signal will drop often. Overall connection and running aproximately 30 min. Have not had any problems ever since. Great product.

They say they have free 90 day customer support but I was unable to find it. I called the phonenumber they gave and they said "have your creditcard ready this is a fee based service". I returned the product [...] and bought a ActionTec. Had it up and running in 15 minutes.

Set up was smooth but the first one I got took my phone line off hook. The second one was fine. I had a feeling phone support would be a waste of time, and I was right. All were clueless and when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor I got disconnected. Email support also useless. Also even though I enabled uPnP on this thing, my Buffalo LinkStation said there was no upnp gateway or router even though it could find one with my old Linksys 802.11b router. Installed it on edge using the clip-on stand to reduce heat build up. I am connecting two laptops in the same room. With Ambicom WL300N I max out at 135 mbps. With the netgear WN111 I got 270 mbps for a short period but then it fell back to 135. Short lapses of internet connectivity have occurred but not serious enough to warrant a return. If you need the dsl modem and router in one box this is a reasonable compromise, but if you are ok with two separate boxes, you might consider a brand with better QC and better tech support.
