Much less expensive than adding a network card or buying a new computer with WI-FI. I am using on an old cpu that I have had for years. I was almost ready to toss it until I found this product. Actually gets better range than my newer laptop that has WI-FI built in.

This adapter does not work on Windows 7 64Bit.. Netgear hasn't released a driver for it and doesn't plan on it either. BAD BAD SUPPORT.. Will return for a Linksys.

This adapter does not work on Windows 7 64Bit.. Netgear hasn't released a driver for it and doesn't plan on it either. BAD BAD SUPPORT.. Will return for a Linksys.

Until I purchased the Netgear Wireless Rangemax and two USB adapters I was unable to network in my home which is mostly concrete block. Had tried everything avaliable, including phone and AC networking.

The Netgear solution works very well.

When traveling for business, I was having trouble with wireless connectivity in most hotels. The Staples Technician mentioned that it could be my 3 year old laptops's Wireless-G built-in card. I bought this Dual Band Wireless-N Adapter and I haven't had a problem since.

A bit pricey, but it was available in store and I wasn't going to wait one more minute without internet at my new house.. I haven't had a lick of problem so far (other than the LED being a bit bright for those of us who have a PC in the same place that they sleep).. Seems to get as good of a signal as I get from a machine running a dedicated internal card with 3 antennas..

I installed it at home with graet ease. It found my paswords and put it on automatically. However when I took my computer into the office it did not install or make any connection like it did at home. So I like it and do not like it for those two reason. However I thik the Dual band is batter then the last G & N Connects. Seems to be faster than the N Band I have in the back bed room office

Got myself a Netgear 600N Wireless Router and 2 of my laptop's have the N Wirless Built in but the other is the older Wireless so went to Staples had this Netgear Adapter and was $10 cheaper--Very easy to set up and noticed How fast the Download comes to this Computer now.
