bought this to connect my AV equipment in the basement....attached it to a switch box then connected a Xbox, DVD, flatscreen, and the sat box to the switch box.....no problem with setup and it works flawlessly with my netgear router located on the second floor of a 3800 sq ft home....highly recommend...
