You can't tell from looking at the box, but the device has bridging and repeater functions that work very well. Setting these up is a little tricky, because the different bridging modes are not well explained. But once set up, it works great. BTW, it's also a good just as an access point, too!

I purchased 1 at Staples.com came in 2 days. Hooked up and it works great more reliable than my D Link unit was.
Upon going back to the city I went to the store and got 2 more units to use as repeaters it does both, access point and repeater.
No connect problems so far the D Link unit started right away with limited connectivity problems.
Took only minutes to setup as a access point and repeat using my D Link extenders (repeaters).

Use this device as a wireless access point. Or if you already have a wireless network and need a wired LAN connection far away from your hub, it configures very easily as a bridge. I tried two other more expensive options before this device, and this one was far more reliable.
I use it in bridge mode in order to connect a streaming video device to the internet in my home theater.

This is a very reliable product. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an easy way to hook up a gaming console or computer wirelessly. I'm using it for my Xbox 360 right now and it works great. It does client based connection so everything is good.
