I paid for Norton antivirus program AND installation. Once home, computer kept telling me antivirus was not on. Ignorant as I am to computers..wasn't this what I paid for? Program is presently (I assume) installing itself, but computer (dial-up only available)is so slow as to be worthless now. More frustration than satisfaction.

I have used Norton Anti Virus for several years and I like it. I have not installed Norton 2010 yet on my computer but that's because I am waiting for my current product key to expire. But I at least know that this version will meet my expectations just like previous versions of Norton that I have used.
