Wouldn't buy if we didn't have to.

If we didn't have a need for them I wouldn't purchase them. Many of us at the office have cut our fingers on them due to rough edges from being punched out.

Use with manilla file folders that you punch yourself to create medical chart at much less cost than buying a "pre-made chart". Just use a two hole punch to punch the tops of the charts, and insert the prongs.
