Prong fasteners through holes punched in a file folder take up so much less room than a 3-ring binder for consecutive filing. I use them for bank statements, organization minutes, etc.

When I have to store fat documents with 3 holes, using rubber bands causes them to roll up and binder clips are too bulky. These fasteners are the perfect alternative.
