I bought this because it was the only whiteboard I found that said you could mount it with magnets. I bought the recommended magnets (item 573663), which said that for this product I only needed 2 magnets (1 pack). After mounting it on my filing cabinet, I would recommend using 4 magnets. With only two, the bottom of the whiteboard doesn't stay in place. It was difficult to keep the magnets in place while mounting, I ended up using some double stick tape to adhere them to the back of the board.

I use this to hold paperwork in place above while typing. Both magnetic and dry erase board is a plus.
I do suggest purchasing stronger magnets to hold items in place.
