Q: The plastic "protector" on the printer cartridge comes off too easily, usually in the first 2 minutes of printing, and cannot be reused. The first cartridges had a "protector" secured with 2 pins...new printer cartridges only secured with one pin, and is very loose. This issue renders our printer inoperable. Any ideas?
