I got the desk and chair. What a beautiful two-tone set. It will serve as my refuge of 'supposed' quiet time. (As I have 3 small very active children.) The construction is sturdy and of great quality strong oak wood. The seat of the chair is formed for sitting, however it is wood and I prefer softer so I'll be shopping for a cushion soon. The desk is very deep and wide for plenty of work space. The pull-down panel drawer pulls out two-thirds the way, which is not too nice if you do not plan to use it for a keyboard, like me. Also, the white wash finish was not what I expected. I thought it would be more creme or off-white, instead it was a light yellow white wash finish. It is still exquisitly beautiful and I am very satisfied with the desk and chair.[...]
