Bought this desk for my 16 year old son to do his homework in his room. Provides good organizational compartments in the pull out drawer and plenty of space for textbooks and his computer screen, etc. on the desk top. The drawer is nice and wide so both the keyboard and mouse can be used from the drawer. The packaging was the best we have ever seen. The product description is 100% accurate. Could not be happier with this purchase!

This product is exceptionally well designed and executed. I was amazed at the quality of the materials, craftsmanship, and design, especially for a piece of office furniture. I would put it against anything in the lower price range from [...] and well above anything [...]. The bad news. The downside is the packaging materials are contaminated with an abundance of what appears to be fiberglass or (I hope not) mineral fibers. Although it was extremely well packed, all materials including the cardboard, styrofoam, and the furniture pieces were coated in what I believe was fiberglass-like a hair and tiny particle fibers--all over everything. What a mess. Had to take it outside, throw on the mask, vacuum each part and wipe it down-ridiculous. Although I am impressed with the build quality, I cannot help but think of the "Made in China" label to mean "Made without concern for your health" Seriously, why should I purchase an amazingly beautiful and well-constructed mid-century style desk and have to breath in a bunch of glass fibers while cleaning it. Very pleased and simultaneously angry. I would not buy this product again if I knew I would have a fiber dust party just to enjoy the new product I purchased, even if that product is simply excellent.
