Having the ability of a straight edge handy that is shortis good. But the best part is the handle, it provide a stable platform for cutting and trimming and it keeps your fingers out of the way

Easy to see measurements on your paper and love the ability to tear a straight edge. Great for school and Girl Scout meetings/projects. Had to buy a second one to ship off to college!

I purchased this product because of its design and quality. It is a bit more expensive than other rulers but it is worth it. I use the ruler in the office to help me draw lines and of course to measure. I am creating a blue print for a very important project and the raised black rubber running the length of the ruler allows me to hold it steady while drawing a straight line.
