I use this stapler in my office for business. Just stapling papers! The problem with this stapler happens when there are only about 5 staples left in the stapler. The staples get jammed in the top of the stapler and it requires a needle nose pliers and something to pry the staples out of the top of the stapler. It is very irriating b/c it will happen again soon after you get all the staples cleared out. I am very dissatified with this stapler.
