Purchased for use in my classroom. Very comfortable'hand', and easy to use. A parent helper has R.A., and was pleasantly surprised that it was easy for her to use, too.

It would be nice if there was an option for a deeper 'bite', which would allow more flexibility, but I am still very pleased with the product, and am considering purchasing a second one for home!

This wonderful light yet sturdy stapler pushes the staples through multiple pages easily and without bending or mangling the staples. Pushes the staples through like a hot knife through butter. Works so smoothly I had to look to see if it was actually stapling. My office staff loves it!

Returned the first one as the metal bar that pushes staple was bent and wouldn't work The replacement one doesn't work much better. The bar holding the staples pops out each time you staple.

The product came without staples ..... employees had no idea what size staples should be used and sold me the wrong size. This resulted in my driving 26 miles (round trip) to get the problem corrected!
