        The small zip band holds it together until you remove it from the packaging, then the clip falls out of holder. Had hoped it to hold up needed daily notes, it fell apart before even trying to hold one paper.

              Clips stick on first opening. One broke when opened. The rest worked fine. They are a little awkward to post on the wall when pressing the button get the prongs to attach to the cubical wall, but work fine.
