          The drawers do not fully extend so if you have files in the back of this file cabinet, there would be no way to access them. I returned this item right away.
          Also, I had ordered it online - it came slightly dented.

          I was very upset at the condition this arrived in. I spoke with store and they said it would be three days before someone could come and bring me another, or I could hand deliver this back to a local store, or she would credit me 20.00. I took the credit and did the best to bend the drawer back to where it should be, but after pliers were used to try to smooth the dents left by the V-Dent, and trying not to tarnish the paint, I was left with a flawed cabinet with very nice handles, which is what I wanted the cabinet for in the first place. From an angel you can see two dents that I was unable to smooth out completely, but I can live with it. It makes me sad though.

              MY WIFE LOST HER KEY TO HER FILE CABINET. HOW CAN I GET IT UNLOCKED. I LOST MY KEY TO MINE AND WOULD LIKE TO GET A KEY FOR IT. HER'S IS LOCKED AND MINE IS NOT. WHAT CAN WE DO. we are in are 70's and it might have sonething to do with old age. Thanks Bill
