I use this cabinet to store some files at work. Even though they are legal-sized files, the file cabinet easily accomodates them if I store them sideways. I intend to use the top of the cabinet for a small lamp and mini-refrigerator. The cabinet fits perfectly in the corner. Since the cabinet is metal, I can use magnets to tack notes on the side. The lock works lets you pull the drawers open just a crack. The wheels make it really easy to move the cabinet around. The cabinet was really easy to assemble.

File 13 this file cabinet

I bought this cabinet to store away files at home. The design is nice, but the functionality is horrible. The wheels wouldn't fit on properly and the drawers don't pull out well (you have to yank on them with your body weight, thus causing the drawers to bend and warp). If you want a convenient cabinet, don't buy this. If you like to fight with your office furniture, this may be the cabinet for you.

cheaply made. the doors even open partway when locked. Not worth the amount paid

The style is good. The lock seems strong and reliable. The only problem is attempting to add the back wheels. The instructions did not make sense. It took three hours to attach them right. No use. I gave up and did it my way and had all the wheels on in 15 minutes.

Arrived in sealed box with dents-that how flimsy it is. Striped the handle with the screw. The screws are probably the strongest parts. However, if it is hidden and just for storage or occasional use, might be OK. If it will be seen, be ashamed!
