Perfect movable file cabinet for me

The file cabinet is made well. The only assembly required was to add the wheels and I was able to do that with one phillips screw driver.

The file cabinet is made well. The only assembly required was to add the wheels and I was able to do that with one phillips screw driver.

I put the cabinet next to my desk keyboard drawer so that I can get to files I use all the time without leaving my computer. As a bonus, I use the top as added work space. The wheels move the cabinet about easily when I need to get to behind it.

The only "problem" I have found is that as the drawers fill up with more files, they become progressively more difficult to slide in and out. Since the cabinet is on wheels, you simply have to steady it first to open and close the file drawer.

One other minor issue. The corners are sharper than a regular metal file cabinet. It is absolutely no big deal, but you have to be careful or you'll get cut.

I am very pleased with the purchase and feel it was a very good value.

I only have one problem with this item, there is no locking divice on the wheels, so every time I pull open a draw the cabinet moves, so I have to hold it back with my foot. There should be wheels on it that can be locked so that the file cabinet does not roll around when draws are opened.

This cabinet is so flimsy when you pull open the drawers they take on a new shape. Mines has all types of dents in it. DO NOT BUY. It was a total waste of my money!

I wasn't looking for anything real expensive, so not great quality, but that wasn't what I needed for this project. It has a lock to keep snoopers out, enough space to handle the files I want to keep plus an added drawer I really didn't need, but can always use. It is small and matches my office furniture (Z line Grey purchased from Staples too) and it is on wheels so I can move it easily around my office area. It is working perfectly for me!

Learned my lesson, wont buy on sale again. None of the pre-drilled holes for ANY of the wheels line up, so you cant put the wheels on.

Very disappointed with this product. File draws fold out into a bend when handle is pulled. Lock only works partially and overall this cabinet is a very flimsy, unimpressive and a waste of space.
