This chair was very dissappointing. Assembly was a little harder than other chairs. The back is terribly designed. The back presses on your middle back and due to the "s" design of the back piece, it sort of squeezes your hind end between the seat and the chair back. Only the chair back reclines, not the seat with it as one unit. The back does not adjust in & out like other comparable chairs. Avoid this one, I'm taking it back to the store. I pity the customer who eventually ends up with, sorry in advance.

The chair is too hard. When shopping for a chair and comparing all the options. the one option that is not listed is the degree of softness, a very soft or giving cusion was needed, all we had to go by was a picture.
