                My only complaint is that when not full extended, the stool has a little "bounce" when you sit down. This was purchased as a stool to be while playing the bass and is excellent for that!

                  We bought the Office Star Backless stool(KH507) and it was delivered today. We also ordered and received the High Profile Bell Glide(70176)leg pads to Convert the office stool with casters to a stationary stool because we were told that the High Profile Bell pads were the correct product to make the conversion. Unfortunately the High Profile pads are too small(5/16") to fit into the holes of the five legs. I think we need a 3/8 shank instead of a 5/16" shank. Please tell me what product I need to fit the stool I bought. I will return the Bell Profile pads to Staples. This stool is needed immediately and we would appreciate a quick answer and new pads ASAP. Please help us.
