I needed a small chair for my kitchen desk area. This was perfect. I have a really bad back and needed support. This was the right choice. The only con-it was very difficult to put together. I can usually do this by myself, but not this time. There needs to be written directions to follow, not just pictures. I had to get help. Other than that, I love it!!

It was easy to assemble even though there were no assembly diections included - just a parts listing.

I like the adjustment lever - needed that.

I haven't been able to use this chair because it was impossible to complete its assembly because of a defectively-manufactured part. I'm now waiting to get a request form from the manufacturer, and I don't know how this will turn out. (BTW, the customer service rep I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and professional.) I will see if they send me something that will work but, for now, I'm disappointed by the poor quality control.

Adequate, affordable (we paid [$]) task chair for our small business budget. Uncomfortable for prolonged sitting for overweight people (seat is small) but so far seems sturdy enough if treated gently (no flopping down into it or perching on its edge, for example). [...]
