    Hi,

    In looking at this chair it says it has a tilt feature for the seat. Does this mean that it can tilt downwards in the front or level or tilt down towards the back? I am looking for one that can do this, specifically tilt down in the front for proper back alignment. I had one at work like this and it was very comfortable to sit in. Also, i forgot to look, are the arms adjustable as well, up/down, forward/back? I can't see the page right now to see.
